Brad joined Parallel49 Equity in 1999 as Managing Director and was named Managing Partner in January 2012. He is involved in all aspects of the firm’s strategy development, acquisitions, divestitures, and management decisions of the firm. He is based in Naples, Florida

Brad is Chairman of CPI Card Group (NASDAQ: PMTS) a current portfolio company. He was a board member of Avison Young, Kinetrex Energy and MedTorque all former portfolio companies. Brad also serves on the board of directors of Steel Dynamics (NASDAQ: STLD) where he serves on both the Audit and Corporate Governance and Nominating committees.

Prior to joining Parallel49 Equity, Brad spent 15 years with the General Electric Company. While at GE, Brad spent nine years with GE Capital working in a series of increasingly responsible roles. Most recently, Brad held the position of Senior Vice President of GE Capital Sponsor Finance where he was responsible for leading the New York and Chicago offices. While at GE Capital, Brad was responsible for leading significant equity and debt investments, including GE Capital’s investment in the formation and start-up of Steel Dynamics (NASDAQ: STLD). Prior to working at GE Capital, Brad spent six years with GE Plastics, living in both Dallas, TX and Pittsfield, MA. Brad held a series of increasingly responsible roles with his last role, serving as Product Manager – LEXAN® Resin. Prior to joining GE Plastics, Brad spent two years with Owens Corning.
