During this period, she received a training in industrial business. After acquiring her first professional experience in Milupa’s advertising department, she held various positions in several departments, including marketing, sales, human resources and medical. In 2002, her unwavering interest in the condition of employees and the protection of their rights prompted her to join the Works Council of Milupa. She is currently Chair of Milupa’s Works Council, Chair of Milupa’s Central Works Council, Health Officer and Representative to the Works Council of Danone’s sites in Germany. She is also a member of Danone’s European Works Council and of the Steering Committee. She has also represented employees with disabilities since 1998. She has been an accredited Training Business Coach since 2015.
