In addition to her duties as Chair of Michelin’s Supervisory Board, Barbara Dalibard is involved in various consulting and mentoring activities.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of Rexel (an SBF120 company), a member of the Supervisory Board of Devoteam and the Board of Directors of Dataiku. She is also a member of the Académie des Technologies.
From 2016 to 2021, Barbara Dalibard was Chief Executive Officer of SITA, the world’s leading air transport communications and information technology specialist.
After beginning her career at the France Télécom group, Ms. Dalibard became the Chair of Alcanet International, a subsidiary of the Alcatel group, in 1998.
In 2003, she joined the Executive Committee of the Orange group and was the Chief Executive Officer of Orange Business Services, a subsidiary located in 220 countries and regions.
Ms Dalibard joined SNCF in 2010 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of SNCF Voyageurs (the TGV, Eurostar, Thalys businesses, etc.), then SNCF Voyages, which covers all of the group’s passenger activities, long-distance travel, TER, Transilien and train stations. She launched OUIGO, the first low-cost TGV, and the Ouibus long-distance transport service.
She is a graduate of École Normale Supérieure and École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (ENST) as well as an honorary Corps des Mines engineer.
Barbara Dalibard is an Officer of the LĂ©gion d’honneur, Officer of the Ordre du mĂ©rite and Doctor Honoris Causa of École Polytechnique de Montreal.
