Mr. McMaster was Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Vice-Chairman of the board of directors of Deloitte & Touche LLP from 2010, and Vice-Chairman of Deloitte LLP from 2003 to his retirement in May 2015. He started at Deloitte in 1976 and occupied several national and global leadership positions, including National Managing Partner of Deloitte, focusing on programs for Chief Executive Officer clients, as well as leader of the Deloitte’s US and Global Forensic and Dispute Consulting practice. Andrew was a Director of Avon Products, Inc. since 2018, and Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Finance Committee. In 2020, he was appointed by Natura &Co.
