Mr. Andrew A. Krakauer, also known as Andy, has been an Independent Director of KL Acquisition Corp since January 7, 2021. Before retirement in October 2016, Mr. Krakauer was Chief Executive Officer of Cantel Medical Corp., a provider of infection control products and services (“Cantel”). Mr Krakauer served as Chief Executive Officer of Cantel Medical Corp. from March 18, 2009, to July 31, 2016, and served as its President from April 22, 2008, to November 2014. He served as a Member of the Office of the Chairman at Cantel Medical Corp. of Crosstex International Inc. from April 22, 2008 to July 31, 2016. Mr. Krakauer served as the Chief Executive Officer and Acting President of Medivators Inc. (also known as Minntech Corporation). He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Cantel Medical Corp., from August 2004 to April 22, 2008. Mr. Krakauer served as President of the Ohmeda Medical Division of GE Healthcare Finland Oy (formerly, Instrumentarium Corp.) since 1990. Mr. Krakauer also served as a member of Cantel’s board of directors from 2009 to 2016. Before being named President of Ohmeda Medical from 1998 to 2004, Mr. Krakauer served Ohmeda or its predecessor companies as President of the Specialty Products Division and Business Development from 1994 to 1998, General Manager of the Suction and Oxygen Therapy and Infant Care businesses from 1988 to 1994 and in a series of financial and business development positions from 1980 to 1987. He has been a Director of Teleflex Incorporated since January 1, 2018, and Cantel Medical Corp. since March 18, 2009. Mr. Krakauer holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Economics from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
