About
After earning his degree in Engineering from Politecnico of Milan in 2001, he embarked on a dynamic career journey marked by diverse roles and significant achievements. In 2002, he joined Pirelli Tyre as a Production Planner within the Central Logistics Function. Following this, in 2004, he worked as a consultant for Key Project Consulting before rejoining Pirelli in 2005 as Head of Demand Planning in the central Marketing department.
In 2008, he moved to Spain to serve as the Marketing Director for Spain & Portugal, returning to Italy in 2011 to take on the role of Logistics Manager for the Business Unit Moto. Subsequently, in 2013, he assumed responsibilities within the HQ Marketing department, initially as Demand Planning and Pricing Manager, and later as Head of Product Marketing and OE Aftermarket.
In 2015, he relocated to China to serve as the Chief Commercial Officer in Asia & Pacific, and in 2017, he returned to Italy, appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Europe and CEO of Italy. Later in 2017, he was appointed as the Executive Vice President of Business Unit Prestige, Chief Operating Officer of Europe, and Head of Original Equipment. From May 2018, he assumed the role of General Manager of Operations.
In August 2023, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and operational excellence, driving growth and success across various regions and functions within Pirelli. His extensive experience and proven track record make him well-equipped to lead the company forward as its Chief Executive Officer.
