During her 16-year tenure at PwC, she served as a Practice Fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) from 2004 to 2006. In this role, she contributed to the development of accounting standards and gained valuable insights into emerging financial reporting issues.

Ms. O’Toole’s experience as a Practice Fellow at FASB and her extensive background in transaction services at PwC have equipped her with a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting requirements, and M&A transactions.
