Amie Thuener O’Toole brings a wealth of financial and accounting expertise to her role as an Independent Director of Nordstrom, Inc., a position she has held since March 15, 2022. Before joining Google, Ms. O’Toole had a distinguished career at PwC, where she held the position of Managing Director in PwC’s Transaction Services practice. During her 16-year tenure at PwC, she served as a Practice Fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) from 2004 to 2006. In this role, she contributed to the development of accounting standards and gained valuable insights into emerging financial reporting issues.

Ms. O’Toole’s experience as a Practice Fellow at FASB and her extensive background in transaction services at PwC have equipped her with a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting requirements, and M&A transactions. Her expertise in these areas enhances the breadth of knowledge and perspective she brings to Nordstrom’s board of directors.
