Aarti Shah serves on the boards of various companies and non-profit organizations. Dr. Shah worked at Eli Lilly and Company for 27.5 years and served in several functional and business leadership roles, most recently as senior vice president and chief information and digital officer, as well as senior statistician, research scientist, vice president for biometrics, and global brand development leader in Lilly’s Bio-Medicines business unit. Dr. Shah has been appointed to serve on the board of Sandoz International GmbH, a pharmaceutical company, following its planned spin-off in the second half of 2023. Dr. Shah has served on the board of trustees of Northwestern Mutual since 2020. She also serves on several nonprofit boards, including Shrimad Rajchandra Love & Care USA. She served on the Indianapolis Public Library Foundation board for the full term of 9 years and on the Center for Interfaith Cooperation for the full term of 4 years. Dr. Shah received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in statistics and mathematics in India before completing her PhD in applied statistics from the University of California, Riverside. She joined the NVIDIA board in 2020.
