In accordance with the Listings Requirements of the Botswana Stock Exchange Limited, shareholders are advised that the board of directors of the Company (“the Board”) has appointed Mr Koos Pieterse as Chief Operating Officer of the Company, with effect from 07th October 2025.

Mr Pieterse is a results-driven Chartered Accountant (SA) and business leader with over 30 years of experience in operations, finance and business strategy. He has extensive expertise in retail, financial management, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, business consulting, and logistics and supply chain optimisation. The Board welcomes Mr Pieterse and looks forward to his contribution to the continued growth and success of the Company. This appointment is subject to local regulatory approvals in Botswana.

Shareholders are further advised that Mr Vinod Madhavan has resigned as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 07th October 2025 for personal reasons.

The Board extends its sincere appreciation to Mr Madhavan for his valuable contribution to the Company and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.

The Company has a primary listing on the Botswana Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
