Under paragraphs 6.42 and 7.3(g) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements and the announcement released on SENS on 3 December 2024, noteholders are hereby advised that Ms SCM(“Tharina”) Bennie-van Dyk, in her capacity as Divisional Executive: Financial Strategy and Investments at Capitec Bank, has been appointed as the debt officer of Capitec Bank, with effect from 19 February 2025.

The board of Capitec Bank has duly considered and satisfied itself with the competence, qualifications and experience of Ms Bennie-van Dyk about her appointment as debt officer.
