Attacq is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Karin Joubert as an independent non-executive director of the Board and a member of the Company’s investment committee, with effect from 1 May 2025. Ms Joubert holds a B Com (Accounting and Economics) degree from the University of South Africa and has 30 years of commercial real estate finance experience in various risk and business executive roles within the Investment Banking Division of Standard Bank.

The board welcomes Karin and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
