Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Mr Stewart Shaw-Taylor, who is due to retire from the board of directors by rotation at the Company’s next annual general meeting, to be held on 14 November 2024, has advised the company (Attacq Limited) that he will not make himself available for re-election. Mr Shaw-Taylor will also be retiring from Attacq’s investment committee.

Following Mr Shaw-Taylor’s retirement, the board will be constituted as follows:
