Mr. Frans van Heerden has resigned as Executive Director and Managing Director: of Poultry Commercial of Astral, effective 30 January 2025, at the Company's next Annual General Meeting. He has accepted an offer of employment to pursue a career outside of the poultry industry.

The board of directors would like to thank Frans for his invaluable contributions to the Company’s success over the past eighteen years and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
