Shareholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements of Aspen and the Group for the 2024financial year are now available on our websiteathttps://www.aspenpharma.com/investor-relations/and the JSE Cloudlinkhttps://senspdf.jse.co.za/documents/2024/jse/isse/APN/AFS24.pdf. The annual financial statements contain no modifications to the Reviewed Condensed Group Financial Results that were published on 3 September 2024 on SENS.

Ernst & Young Incorporated have expressed an unmodified opinion thereon. Their audit report is presented in the 2024auditedGroup and Company annual financial statements and is available for inspection at the registered office of the Company.

Notice of the annual general meeting

The annual general meeting (“AGM”) will be held on Thursday, 5 December 2024 at 10:00 at Aspen’s head office, Aspen Place, 9 Rydall Vale Park, Douglas Saunders Drive, La Lucia Ridge in Durban, to transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.

The record date to participate and vote at the AGM will be Friday,29 November 2024 and the last day to trade to be eligible to vote and participate at the AGM will be Tuesday,26 November 2024.

Aspen’s 2024 integrated report will be made available on our website at the end of October 2024, a SENS announcement will be released to notify shareholders in this regard. The notice of AGM and proxy forms will be posted to shareholder sat this time, together with the summarised audited Group annual financial statements.
