Anglo American Platinum Limited: Appointment Of Acting Company Secretary

Further to the announcement made on 5 September 2024 confirming the resignation of Elizna Viljoen as company secretary with effect from 31 December 2024, shareholders are advised that Ms Fiona Edmundson has been appointed acting company secretary with effect from 1 January 2025. Ms Edmundson is an admitted attorney and practised in South Africa and the United Kingdom, focusing on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. She currently heads up the legal team of Anglo-American South Africa.

The Board of Directors is satisfied that Fiona has the experience, qualifications and expertise to assume the position of acting company secretary of Anglo American Platinum.

A process has commenced to recruit a permanent company secretary and a further announcement in this regard will be made in due course.
