AfroCentric Investment Corporation Limited: Change In Financial Year End

Shareholders are advised that the board of directors of AfroCentric has resolved to change the financial year end of the Company from 30 June to 31 December. This change aligns AfroCentric’s year-end with the financial year-end of AfroCentric’s majority shareholder, Sanlam Life Insurance Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sanlam Limited which is also listed on the JSE.

Following this change in financial year-end, AfroCentric will publish the following financial information:

- Audited annual financial statements for the six months ended 31 December 2024; and

- Unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025.
