African and overseas enterprises limited: Changes to the designation of members of the audit committee.

Shareholders are advised that Mr Patrick Naylor, currently an independent non-executive director of AOE, has stepped down as the Chair of the Audit Committee from 26 September 2024, but will remain a member of the Audit Committee.

Patrick is replaced by Mr Hugh Roberts, currently an independent non-executive director of AOE and an existing member of the Audit Committee, effective 26 September 2024.

Following the changes, the Audit Committee will comprise:

Mr Hugh Roberts (Chairperson)
Mr Patrick Naylor
Ms Bulelwa Ntshingwa
